In 2001, when our Co-founder & CEO, Manipal Dhariwal, set out to establish a Global Capability Center (GCC) for Netsmartz Realty in India, he faced a critical challenge — the lack of world-class infrastructure for tech companies in North India. Instead of compromising, he built it.

This vision led to the creation of Sebiz Infotech Campus, the first of many, and laid the foundation for Netsmartz Realty — a real estate portfolio dedicated to powering global innovation hubs.

1999
Founded in 1999 in Rochester, NY, Netsmartz began its journey as a technology solutions provider, setting the stage for future growth and strategic real estate expansion.
2008
The launch of Sebiz Square in Sector 67, Mohali marked Netsmartz’s entry into commercial real estate. The multi-story office building includes essential amenities and a finishing school, highlighting a focus on talent development.
2011
Netsmartz House in Chandigarh emerged as a custom-built, 160,000 sq. ft. offshore development center. With advanced IT infrastructure and LEED GOLD certification, it showcased the company’s commitment to sustainability and global operations.
2019
2019 saw the development of Netsmartz Square, a contemporary commercial hub in Sector 67, Mohali. Designed with employee wellness in mind, it features planned amenities like a gym, spa, daycare, games room, swimming pool, auditorium, and more.
2021
Continuing its expansion in 2021, Netsmartz Center was added to the portfolio, reflecting steady growth in infrastructure to support larger teams and diverse projects.
2025
An upcoming 3-acre, 15-floor IT campus in Sector 83, Mohali. Designed for over 10,000 workstations, with PLATINUM LEED and WELL certifications, Nersmartz Towers reflects a bold vision for sustainable, high-capacity growth.
